I’ve been managing creator relationships in both markets, and the administrative stuff is killing us. We don’t have a good system for onboarding new creators, tracking their availability, managing contracts, or even just keeping notes on what works with them.
Right now it’s a mix of spreadsheets, Slack messages, and honestly just memory. When I need a creator who did well with beauty product UGC in the US market, I can’t quickly pull that up. And when a Moscow-based creator asks a question at 2am our time, it just sits until morning.
I’m seeing the opportunity cost here—we’re wasting time on logistics instead of strategy. There should be a way to have a unified system that handles different time zones, tracks performance metrics by creator and market, and makes it easy to find the right person for the next brief.
Does anyone have a system they’ve built for this? Are you using any tools that actually solve this, or are you also in spreadsheet hell?
