Creators: how to find long-term partnership opportunities across US-Russia markets without constant outreach

I’m a UGC creator, and I’m exhausted by the outreach grind. I spend half my time sending pitches to brands—cold emails, DMs, LinkedIn requests—hoping something sticks. And maybe I get 3-4 responses per 20 outreaches. It’s demoralizing.

I know there are brands out there looking for creators exactly like me. I know there are campaigns happening in markets I haven’t even tapped into yet. But how am I supposed to find them without turning into a full-time salesperson?

I’ve been thinking about cross-border opportunities, especially between Russia and the US. I think I could bring real value to brands in either market because I understand both. But I have no systematic way to surface those opportunities.

I heard about cross-market discovery features in the hub and something called partner-matching. The idea of being discovered rather than constantly hunting feels like a total game-changer. But I’m skeptical. How would it even work? Does a platform somehow put me in front of brands that are actually looking for creators like me?

I’m especially interested in long-term partnerships—like, working with the same brand repeatedly, becoming part of their ecosystem. That’s where the real money and stability are. But those relationships seem to only happen if you already know someone or if you get incredibly lucky.

Has anyone found a system that actually works for creator discovery across markets? What made the difference between being invisible and actually getting consistent collaboration opportunities?

Also, for creators who’ve successfully worked across US and Russian markets: what was your path? Did you have a contact who introduced you, or did you find something that works?
