I work at a digjtal agency, and our biggest bottleneck right now is speed. When a client comes to us saying “We need influencer partnerships in the US market,” our current process is: cold research, cold outreach, negotiate, onboard, brief. It takes 6-8 weeks from brief to campaign launch.
Meanwhile, the market window is closing, the client is getting impatient, and we’re scrambling.
I keep thinking: What if instead of cold outreach, we had a network of vetted creators, agencies, and brand contacts who were already connected and pre-aligned on how to work together?
Here’s the fantasy: A client comes to us with a brief. We jump into a platform where we can immediately see which creators fit. We message them through a channel that already has templates and best practices baked in. Creators respond faster because they’re used to working through this system. Everyone’s on the same page about what success looks like because there are US-expert insights built into the collaboration framework.
From pitch to campaign launch: 3 weeks instead of 8.
I’ve heard the hub is trying to do something like this—connecting brands, agencies, and creators through collaborative channels. But I can’t tell if it’s actually set up for speed or if it’s just another networking platform.
So here’s my actual question: Does anyone use a system like this? Has it actually shortened your timelines? And what’s the real bottleneck for you—is it finding people, or is it aligning expectations once you’ve found them?
