So my real question is: How do you actually structure a process where AI and humans work as true partners? Not AI replacing humans, not humans pretending to trust tools, but actual collaboration where each brings real value.

The collaboration that actually works:

- Junior analysts: Work with AI tools daily, use them to process information
- Senior strategists: Interpret what AI finds, add context, make decisions
- Specialists: Deep expertise (one person in Russian market, one in US market) to validate assumptions

The key principle: Humans should be making decisions, AI should be processing information. When you flip that, things break.
One more thought: I think the future is AI-augmented teams, not AI-replaced humans. A team of 3 people with good AI tools will outperform a team of 10 without them. But a team of 1 person with AI tools? They’ll struggle because there’s no human judgment layer.
The companies winning at this are the ones who hired smarter humans and gave them better tools. Not the ones trying to automate humans away.
