Your approach to benchmarking is solid, but I’d push you on one thing: are you weighting your benchmarks by influencer tier (nano, micro, macro) and content category? I’ve found that a macro-influencer’s conversion rate benchmark in furniture is completely different from a fashion micro-influencer’s rate, even within the same market.
The ROI calculation also needs to account for customer lifetime value differences between markets. A US customer might be worth 3-4x a Russian customer for certain product categories, which completely changes how you evaluate the same influencer’s output in each region.
