Sourcing culturally-tuned marketing strategies: where do you actually find US experts who get your Russian brand?

Hey everyone, I’m Дмитрий, founder of a tech platform that’s making the jump from Russia to the US market. Right now, I’m wrestling with a specific problem: localization.

We have solid product-market fit back home, and our messaging resonates with Russian audiences. But I know that messaging won’t work as-is in the US. The tone is different, the pain points are framed differently, cultural references don’t land.

I’ve been looking into the bilingual hub’s partner network to find US-based marketing experts and strategists who actually understand how to bridge that gap. But I’m not sure what to look for or how to structure those conversations.

What I really need is someone who can tell me: What’s actually resonating with US audiences in your space? Where are the cultural blind spots? What’s the messaging framework that works here?

The challenge is finding experts who have experience with both markets, or at least understand the specific challenge of relocating from Russia to the US.

Has anyone actually used the hub’s partner network to source this kind of expertise? How did you find them, and how did you know they were actually the right fit before committing real resources?
