Abstract: “test 4 messaging angles” with an external agency, you get generic angles nobody’s invested in.
Better approach: brief 2-3 trusted creators with your product and ask them: “What angle would you naturally use to sell this to your audience?” Let them propose angles. Then test those.

For your international expansion: have a local creator partner in Russia and US design the testing framework with you. Not execute it—design it. They’ll flag what messaging angles are even viable in their market before you burn testing budget.
