Real frameworks are good, but here’s what I actually recommend: create a 90-day validation sprint with specific gates.

Days 1-30: Discovery and messaging clarity

  • Run 15 sales conversations (not pitches, just learning calls) with US prospects
  • Debrief internally: what resonated, what confused them, what did you get wrong?
  • Update your positioning based on patterns

Days 31-60: Market testing
