I’m trying to scale our UGC production because we’ve had good results with a handful of creators doing co-created content for us. But as I try to expand this to more markets and more creators, I’m running into a quality problem.
Right now, we’re producing maybe 20-30 UGC videos per month across two markets with a tight review cycle, and it’s workable because we know the creators and the process is basically manual. But I want to scale to 100+ videos per month across multiple markets, and I know the manual approach won’t hold.
Here’s the specific challenge: how do you maintain a consistent brand voice and visual quality when you’re working with 10+ creators across different markets and time zones? How do you set up review workflows that don’t become a total bottleneck? And how do you actually produce content that feels localized (not translated) but still on-brand?
I’ve heard that some companies use creator networks or hubs to co-create content at scale, but I haven’t figured out how that actually works operationally. Do you batch tasks? Do you have templates? How do you train creators so they’re all working with the same quality bar?
I want better systems and processes, specifically. What’s actually helped you scale from single-digit creator partnerships to double or triple digits without sacrificing quality?
