Love the structure. From a founder lens, I need three things fast: 1) cost per learning (how much I pay to know what to do next), 2) the exact 90‑day ramp if the pilot works, and 3) a clear “stop” condition.

From the creator seat, scalability = clear briefs + batchable shoots + predictable approvals. If you want to move fast:

- pre-approve backgrounds/props so we don’t wait 3 days for tiny edits.
- lock usage terms up front (organic vs whitelisting vs paid usage) so we can quote properly and keep a second round ready.
I’d also show brands your reshoot policy (e.g., 1 free tweak within 72h if scripting was followed). It prevents churn when volume increases.
Lead times matter at scale. If you ask for 20 assets in 7 days, budget for weekend shoots or rush fees. A simple capacity table per creator (max assets/week, blackout dates) helps a ton. And please include reference cuts in the brief—one strong example often beats a paragraph of text.
In a first pitch, I’m scanning for: 1) a real experimentation framework (not just “we’ll test”), 2) budget guardrails by stage, and 3) a procurement-safe plan for usage and data. Your tiers look solid. I’d add:
- a single slide that maps test budget → expected decision. Finance wants to know what the check buys in certainty.
